The Cancer Society of The Bahamas is a non-profit, voluntary, charitable organization, that continues daily to meet its goal; “To educate the public about cancer so that it may be prevented, diagnosed and treated in the early stages, to be of service to cancer patients and their families and to raise funds to support its programs”.

This awareness run/walk is to continue sending the message to the public that there is Life, Hope, Love, Caring and Unity after being diagnosed with cancer and to encourage the general public to adopt healthier lifestyles.

Bahamas Medical sponsored and participated in The Cancer Society of the Bahamas 17th Annual Stride for Life Fun, Run, Walk on Saturday, May 6th 2023.
